The Rainbow Affirms the Protection of Jupiter

My Key word for this week is: Stability

If you’re an early morning person, you may have noticed a bright red ‘star’ in the pre-dawn southeastern sky.

This is more than a star – it’s the planet Mars! And, notably, he has been dancing with Saturn now in the early degrees of Capricorn.

Mars and Saturn are conjunct today, and this week, on Saturday, April 7th, they will be illuminated by the Moon. So, all you early risers, get familiar with Mars and Saturn, and be sure to see the special lineup this week on Saturday –  a triple conjunction.

The Moon illuminates whatever it touches, so watch and see what develops as the last quarter moon conjuncts Pluto on Sunday, April 8th, lighting up this Mars/Saturn union.

Think of Mars and Saturn as two warriors – Mars is the marching soldier and Saturn is the commander. When working in alignment they add discipline to any situation – including your project and/or the path to your next step.

Mars and Saturn never quit, especially now as they stand guard to remind you that  accomplishment takes perseverance. Because they are in the Cardinal earth sign of Capricorn, and they give you the gift of being grounded, disciplined, and ready to take positive action.

And, there are more planetary aspects this week to support your journey of Stability.

Mercury squares both Saturn and Mars, and then on Saturday, April 7th, Venus trines Saturn.
All of these aspects add a serious tone, and mid-week, you may need some time alone to make an important decision. Things can work out well with Venus trines Saturn, and this aspect helps you to maintain the discipline of a positive outlook.

However, this week continues to caution deliberation. Sometimes what looks like a gift is actually a test of power.

Remember that Mercury is still retrograde, and it can bring people and situations back into our lives that we have actually outgrown. Mercury retrograde can fuel decisions that you’ll want to reconsider by the end of April.

Let Mercury and Saturn give you stability this week when you may have to say ‘no’ to something in order to say ‘yes’ to a better situation.

Venus conjunct Uranus delivers your Quickening this week!

My Key word for this week is: Quickening

Once again, we welcome another full moon, this one on Saturday, March 31st . Just like last month, this one is a Blue Moon, or second full moon within one calendar month.

This Blue Moon shines it’s Light on the Venus ruled sign of Libra. All partnerships are ruled by the sign of Libra; personal and professional, business and love. But, the most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves.

Undoubtedly, this Saturday’s Libra full moon will open up the doors to your partnerships, but also be reminded that this sign of balance is urging you to be whole.

And, on Wednesday, March 28th, as if in preparation for the full moon, Venus the planet of love joins Uranus, the Great Awakener. These two united will absolutely stir your passions.

Quickening refers to that point of movement, when you feel a life pulse. Medically, it’s related to a time, usually in mid pregnancy, when a woman feels a flutter of life from her unborn child.

Metaphysically, your Quickening is the time when you feel a lifting, a stirring of life within yourself.

Venus conjunct Uranus enlivens your spirit within your body, making this a week to respond to your inspiration. Take action, believe, and release your divine manifestation capacity.

Venus and Uranus are also noted for sudden attraction, and, now with Mercury Retrograde, there is one caveat:  do not mistake sudden attraction for love that can last a lifetime!

The exciting love you meet may be that person who only takes you across the river, not go the distance.

Remember that Venus rules your love nature. Venus, especially in Aries, can become obsessed with the thrill of the chase. And Uranus is noted for a quick, lightning strike of attraction. Sometimes this combination leads to unhealthy obsessions and bad decisions. Don’t set yourself up to live with regret by Sunday, which is April Fools day.

So, this week’s planetary brew delivers a huge potential. If single, you just might meet your next partner; if in a relationship, you might feel a need to break free. Either way, your affections are well served through the temperance of time.

Mercury retrograde is noted for stirring up unresolved patterns and these become manifest in people you meet. It’s also a time when past lifetime lovers and relationships appear for resolution. No matter what your situation, remember that Mercury retrograde can cause you to make decisions that you’ll want to reconsider by the end of April.

On Thursday, March 29th the Sun squares Saturn says ‘Choose Wisely’ in a stark reminder that there will be consequences for your actions – for better or worse. Thursday is not a good day to give your resignation on a job, or to end your marriage. It IS a good day to plant your feet in the ground and claim rewards for a job well done.

Astrology Predictions for March 19

My Key word for this week is: Gratitude

There are two major celestial events during this busy week. First one is that tomorrow, Tuesday, March 20th the earth comes into a time of balance for the Vernal, or Spring Equinox.

Just as the word equinox suggests, this is a time of equilibrium for Mother Earth – a changing of the guard from one season and into the next. Here in the Northern Hemisphere we move from the long cold days of winter into the rebirth of Spring time.

Also on Tuesday, Mercury and Venus join forces – and they are even now visible in the early evening sky – rising just after sunset. Mercury conjunct Venus invites you to warm your thoughts, and the best example I know of this is a practice of Gratitude.

The other event this week is that Mercury stations retrograde on Thursday, March 22nd.

Mercury is now Aries, a sign noted for speaking up. With Mercury retrograde, think of messages that you may have ignored, or words that you know need to be said – remember that the retrograde is a time to redo , revise, and revisit.

So from march 22nd until April 15th, we all have a chance to re-evaluate and refine our projects and personal communication.

This week is rounded out by two planetary squares, or challenges – Venus square Pluto on Friday, march 23rd invites you to get in touch with your passion and intensity, This can also move into jealousy if not monitored, so, keep it positive as you tune into things you really care about.

Astrology Predictions for March 12

My Key word for this week is: Stability

This is a busy week with several notable planetary events. But, first we face Monday, March 12th and a void of course moon.

When the moon is void of course, it’s leaving one sign, which today is Capricorn, and does not interact with any other planets until it enters a new sign, (Aquarius) at 6:44 pm ET.

You may find yourself feeling like a ship without a rudder today, so be forewarned and do not let the day slip away.

Monday is a rich day because Tuesday delivers stellar planetary action and it’s the most dynamic day of this week until Saturday.

The most exciting aspect on Tuesday is Sun trine Jupiter. Think of this as an open door, and the stars say that the actions taken Tuesday will be fruitful.

Also on Tuesday, Venus square Saturn invites to take off your rose colored glasses; use this aspect to help refine your actions so that your work is truly productive and long lasting, in short, your actions can bear fruit for a long, long time if handled correctly.

We are winding through the last quarter moon phase, into the balsamic phase, and into the Pisces New Moon on Saturday, March 17th. The balsamic phase is when the moon becomes a waning sliver in the sky, and it’s a time for rest and reflection.

This is especially enhanced because the Sun is still in Pisces, the sign of healing, and next week, after the New Moon on Saturday, March 17, we welcome the Vernal Equinox on March 20th – the first day of spring.

This is an especially potent New Moon because it is so closely aligned with the equinox. Think of yourself as a captain of a ship, and follow the healing energies this week while maintaining your equilibrium.

Remember that the time of New Moon is a fresh start, and Saturday or Sunday is an ideal time for reflection on what you want your efforts for the entire spring season ahead to produce.

Every sun sign has a planetary affiliation, or ruler, and the sign of Pisces has two – Neptune and Jupiter. Neptune is affiliated with the water, and getting yourself near the sea or even a lake or river helps you to get in touch with the energies of Pisces, but also be mindful that we are shifting into a time of taking action.

Jupiter, the ancient planetary ruler of Pisces is also representative of the Archangels, so, think positively, and ask for guidance.

All in all, remember to keep the keyword of Stability in mind.

Don’t sleep today, even though the moon is void of course, because Tuesday delivers long lasting rewards to your efforts.

Astrology Predictions for March 7

My Key phrase for this week is: Awake and Aware

The sun is now in Pisces until March 19th, however on Tuesday, March 5th, both Mercury and Venus leave the sign of healing waters and both planets enter Aries.

Actually, this will help you to feel motivated. With Venus and Mercury in Aries, the pace of everyday life quickens.

Aries is more about getting things done, and correspondingly, we will all be more eager to take on tasks that need our attention.

The best day this week is Wednesday, March 7th when the moon conjuncts Jupiter while in Scorpio, and then later in the day the moon changes signs, moving into Sagittarius where it trines both Venus and Mercury.

Because the moon is also void of course until 5 Pm Eastern time, it’s more of a day for planning rather than doing, but planning is also important, so, use this inspirational day to focus on what you want to manifest in the remainder of this year, and ideally, in the evening, go to a beautiful place in nature, and engage your heart in this project : see it as done.

There are two retrogrades that you want to know about. First one is that Mercury stations retrograde on March 22nd. We still have a couple of weeks before this one happens, and it’s always good to get your paperwork in order before that time period.

If you need to purchase a computer or automobile, get that taken care of now rather than later. Also, take a look through your contacts, paperwork, basically, think about anything that might go wrong between March 22nd through April 15th and take care of it now.

This year Tax Day is April 17th, so, you have a couple of extra days after the 15th to file taxes, but you might want to consider taking care of taxes early this year, by March 20th if possible.

Also this week, Jupiter stations retrograde. This is not as noticeable as Mercury retrograde, and it will especially favor the water signs of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces.

Think of Jupiter retrograde as: Another Chance

For all signs, Jupiter retrograde is a time to revisit missed opportunities, and with the wisdom you have now, go back and do it again when you are better, stronger, and wiser.

In the name of second chances, just like February, March also has a Blue Moon, or a second Full moon in the calendar month, on March 31st! The Blue Moon of March also coincides with the holiday of Passover.

Overall, April is a month of big changes because Uranus changes signs, entering Taurus, and Chiron enters Aries.

Until then, for today, remember that the sun is in the healing waters of Pisces until March 19th, and that for this week, your best focus is to be Awake and Aware.

Astrology Predictions for February 5

Now, on the heels of the providential Lunar Eclipse, we move into the phase of last quarter moon on Wednesday.

Monday dawns with the moon in Libra; then after a short void of course (1:46 – 10:56 pm ET) the moon enters Scorpio later in the day.

With the moon in Scorpio and the sun in Aquarius, the big question becomes – how can I solidify meaningful gains?

The spiritual lesson of Aquarius is about tearing down structures. Scorpio, the sign of transformation, is also about remodeling to create something new.

So, you can see, this week has a strong message about new forms, and indeed, this is a time for self-examination about what in your own life needs a remodeling.

It may be your business; it may be your body, your health habits, and your daily routines.
Whatever comes up in your review, know that this is a powerful time to commit and move forward in the Spirit of positive reformation.

And, here is one secret to success: know that Scorpio grants you the grace of spiritual clemency, provided you practice forgiveness. You cannot carry the weight of your wound any longer. You know this, and the stars serve as a powerful reminder this week.

On Saturday, February 10th, Venus leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces. Venus will be joined in Pisces by Mercury on the 17th and the Sun on the 18th. Pisces is a sign of redemption and healing, so, this week is your special time to prepare for the deep, divine healing which is soon to come.

We also have another eclipse coming up – a New Moon Solar eclipse on February 15th. The Solar eclipses speak to what you are teaching, and the lunar eclipses address what you’re learning.

So, the solar eclipse of February 15th in Aquarius is a Universal message: you are a teacher!

Even if you don’t think you’re ready, the Universe is saying that there is a way that you can step up and become a mentor and guide for others in your special area of expertise.

Remember – it’s a special time to break down structures, including the box that you may have put yourself into.

We are in a cycle of reformation combined with the upcoming protected healing grace found in the sign of Pisces. So, think outside the box, and move forward with grace.
