What’s Going On * March 9 – 14 You Are Meant to be Free
As a day filled with squares and oppositions, Friday the 9th is stressful all around. Before noon Pacific Time, the Libra moon opposes Uranus and Mercury and squares Pluto. Although it’s a good day to get things accomplished, a subtle tension is woven into the fabric of this day. Libra is a sign the desires peace, but the signs for this day are touch and go, and my advice is take it easy, and remain alert to the need for attitude adjustment; this includes YOU. A Friday afternoon road rage incident is not the way to end your work week.
Saturday the 10th is better – fun, lovey dovey again, even when the moon enters Scorpio at 9:24PM (PT). Enjoy the Scorpio moon – people are intense, dynamic, sexual, creative, and psychic; what’s not to love?
On Sunday the 11th, the Scorpio moon interacts busily with Venus, Jupiter, Pluto, and even Mars. This action sets the tone for the week ahead. You may feel a bit introspective, but make a point to get out and interact with others; you never know when that next critical person arrives into your life!
Monday the 12th is a special day. Once a year, the planet Venus joins her friend Jupiter. Although it does occur annually, we are not always able to view it in the sky. In addition to a generous shift of consciousness that is the gift of Good News 2012, this year we can actually observe this annual spectacle in the evening sky; you cannot miss it. You will see two bright stars very close together. Note that this connection also takes place in the grounded earth sign of Taurus, the sign where Venus is most empowered.
Look up, and make a wish – one that you hold dear and that you believe can actually come true. Venus and Jupiter influence social contacts, prosperity, and plain good luck. My wish for you is that you will harvest all of the good things you deserve. The caveat here is: with three planets retrograde, the harvest may come a bit later. The ideas are laid upon the table now, and have trust that your manifestation will be delivered in perfect timing.
Of course, I must mention that Mercury also stations into retrograde on Monday the 12th – don’t fret. Mercury retrograde is a good time to enhance your intuition. Common advice regarding Mercury retrograde, however does apply – It’s generally not a good time to sign contracts, or make major binding decisions – the reason being that you may change your mind later.
Take stock of your dreams and aspirations on Wednesday, and decide just what it is you must do to create exactly what you want in your world. The days ahead hold much promise, but you must do your part. With all blessings and wishes for good things to come.
