Full Moon Eclipse and Your Pyramid of Power

Full Moon Eclipse and Your Pyramid of Power

The lunar eclipse of July 16th fits like a hand in glove with the next one which will be on January 10 of 2020. Both lunar eclipses activate Saturn and Pluto; so, it’s important to understand what those two planets really are there to teach.

Full Moon Eclipse and Your Pyramid of Power

The lunar eclipse

The lunar eclipse of July 16th fits like a hand in glove with the next one which will be on January 10 of 2020. Both lunar eclipses activate Saturn and Pluto; so, it’s important to understand what those two planets really are there to teach.

Saturn and Pluto have been dancing

Saturn and Pluto have been dancing together since Saturn entered Capricorn in December of 2017. Day by day and month by month, Saturn has been inching closer to Pluto, and on January 12, 2020 they meet through a dynamic conjunction – almost exactly at the degree of tomorrow’s eclipse of 24 Capricorn.

You can think of this as a planetary brick wall – OR – you can look at it as you calling to build your pyramid of power.

One quick way to understand planets is by thinking about the keywords, and then combining them. Combine the keywords on the back of my oracle cards and see what you come up with.

Here are a few examples:

Teacher of Soul Growth; Death and Rebirth of Authority; Structure of Power.

The last one, Structure of Power talks about building your own personal pyramid for strength and stability.Saturn,Pluto

Saturn can function like the brick wall or a stepping stone. Pluto delivers darkness, or you can choose Soul Growth. Both planets have messages around Authority and Control. The question becomes – who holds the power – you, or an undefined ‘other’.

True power requires consistency, consciousness, and caring. Charisma helps, too.

Tomorrow’s full moon lunar eclipse is a wake-up call to the planetary events coming in January. It’s a calling to begin now by defining and refining your true power.

With love and gratitude

Wishing you many blessings as you reach for the Stars

Saturn opposing the Sun – Celestial Hump day

Every year the Sun, the earth and Saturn have a special rendezvous. This meeting is not to be taken lightly; It’s like a celestial G-7 summit and it signals a time when important decisions are made and commitments are solidified.

Today, July 9th is that special day of the Sun/Saturn opposition. And you, and the planet earth stand in between Saturn and the Sun. Saturn will be visible all night, from dusk till dawn of July 10th.  And what it means is that Saturn has extra power and influence now.

Traditional astrology speaks about loss as a signature Saturn event, but every planet also has gifts. You may be feeling ‘old’, or ‘unappreciated’ now. Someone may even be busting your chops by not giving in to what you feel are your legitimate requests. These are all typical events that come with an opposition. Like two sumo wrestlers fighting to get the upper hand, the opposition often delivers a worthy opponent.

Saturn is also retrograde now, which means that he’s digging up the past to rectify the present. Any problems you have now are to be taken seriously because the Sun/Saturn opposition gives you an awareness of your own dysfunctional patterns, and then you can consciously correct them.

But don’t forget about the positive qualities – his strengths. The first gift of Saturn is ‘KARMA’ – what goes around comes around. With Saturn and the North Node now conjunct, you’ll continue to see justice served.

The positive gifts of Saturn are: Financial Stability; Empowerment; Accountability; Longevity; and Wisdom.

How has Saturn played out in your life? Want to find out more? Schedule your DESTINY READING for answers on how to establish financial stability by applying your personal gifts from Saturn.

Have you ever seen Saturn? It's awesome! Because Saturn is closer to the earth than usual this is a great time for viewing. The rings of Saturn are mesmerizing. Saturn shines cold, hard, and bright, just like it's interpretation in astrology. If you have a chance to see through a telescope – do it. Just getting a good look and standing in the Light of Saturn brings you clarity and gives you strength!

Mercury Retrograde July 7 – 31

The secret to success now lies in the ancient wisdom of: ‘Know Thyself'. This Mercury retrograde cycle reverse engineers the psychological journey from Leo to Cancer. Think of it as going from the Sun to the Moon.

The land of the Sun (Leo) is bright and colored in shades of creative self-expression. Confidence and self-assurance live in the kingdom of Leo. But the lion now returns home – to the mysterious land of the Moon. Mercury re-engaging Cancer is an exercise in authenticity.

Hunger and longing are found in the land of the Moon. Mercury in Cancer asks: What do you really want? Why do you want it? These are essential questions that must be answered in the protective homeland of Cancer.

Yes, there will be frustrations when Mercury goes rogue; he's not really being bad – just playing games with your life. Remember the lesson of Know Thyself and enjoy the journey.

Wishing you many blessings as you reach for the Stars

July and the Eclipse Season

What’s Going On – July and the Eclipse Season

Astrologically, July is an interesting month, and one thing I’ll say for sure, is: ‘it’s complicated.’

July starts off with a dynamic new moon Solar Eclipse on the 2nd, followed by a full moon Lunar Eclipse on July 16th.

July and the Eclipse Season

What do the ancient astrologers say?

Amazingly, ancient Babylonian astronomers learned how to predict eclipses over two thousand years ago. We now know that eclipses occur in cycles and they can be predicted as to time, location, and intensity.

Their predictive skills gave birth to the art of astrology, which first gave people guidance on when to plant crops, and developed into direction for other aspects of life.

So, it’s not impossible to imagine that 2500 years ago, there was a wise astronomer who knew that we’d be having a full phase Solar Eclipse occurring mostly over water in the Southern Hemisphere.

Saros cycle

The ancient seer would have known that the July 2019 eclipses are overall favorable in terms of their placement in the Saros cycle, one way that astrologers predict the ‘flavor’ of an eclipse.

Both the new moon Solar Eclipse of July 2nd and the full moon Lunar Eclipse of July 16th are in the Saros cycle 3 North family of eclipses, and they convey the essence of Mercury, Pluto, Venus, and Jupiter.

Undoubtedly, the July eclipses promote positive transformation, especially in regards to it being a favorable time to implement big plans

What this Babylonian wizard may not have not foreseen are conditions on the earth today such as movements of the north and south magnetic poles and the pressures of global climate variations. Responding to challenges coming from rapid change will be the hard part of the July eclipses – and this is where it gets complicated.

For starters, Mercury retrograde July 7 – the 31st stirs up confusion. Plus, Mercury stations direct at 23 Cancer, close to the exact Lunar Eclipse degrees of 24 Cancer/Capricorn.

Planetary Positions July 2019

A planetary station is like an exclamation point, and trust me – this is a highly sensitized point. On January 12th of 2020, the Sun, Saturn, Pluto and Mercury will be exactly conjunct at 22/23 Capricorn. This is a clear indicator that the month of July is an indicator of things to come in.

When Saturn and Pluto are in play, as they are on the July 16th full moon Lunar Eclipse, it’s easy to predict a war between traditional values and economic re-standardization. But there is more to understand here. Mercury retrograding from Leo back to Cancer sets the stage for earnest self-reflection. Cancer is where you recalibrate, regain your balance, and dispense the healing balm of love throughout your physical world.

However, in the totality of this eclipse season, it is the Nodes of the moon that win the day in the months ahead, and the true battle is the one that takes place in your heart and mind. The North and South Nodes address your spiritual growth as well as how you live your life on this planet.

And what you must decide is: who or what will you give your time, money, and attention to? You are the guardian of your life force, the captain of your intelligence, and you have the Divine gift of free will choice to determine your day to day functioning.

The stars are asking now: What do your really want? How do you intend to grow? Are you ready for a transformation

Sagittarius Full Moon – Connection and Expansion

The skies are cloudy here in South Florida and it's been a bit frustrating to see the moon growing in size every night. However, I did get a glimpse of the moon joined with Jupiter last night, and it was . . . .amazing.

Jupiter is way closer to the earth than usual, so close that I'd swear I could see his four largest Galileo moons even without a telescope. Jupiter actually has at least 67 moons, but four of them, Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto were first seen through a telescope by Galileo Galilei in 1610 – hence the name ‘Galileo moons'.

Sagittarius Full Moon – Connection and Expansion

Sagittarius Full Moon

Technically, the moon ripens full at 4:31 am on Monday, June 17 – but if you are fortunate enough to see it, the moon will look most full tonight.

There are several potent messages for this Sag moon.

First, it's exactly full at 26 degrees Sagittarius, a degree which corresponds with the center of the Milky Way galaxy.

Think of the Milky Way as a giant vortex – a spiral that holds and nurtures not only the Earth, but countless other planets and worlds. The Galactic Center is where you find Connection your place in the Universe, and your sense of being at home in your body.

The Connection and Expansion

Next point of Connection is that Jupiter is the ruling planet of Sagittarius, the full moon sign. Jupiter rules Expansion. It's also about Divine protection and the good luck that you make or accept by stepping beyond your previous boundaries.

And, you're now able to witness the elegance of Jupiter in the nighttime sky. Although Jupiter is a huge planet, it has relatively low density because it's largely made up of gasses. So, Jupiter is not heavy like Saturn.

Jupiter works through inspiration and Sagittarius drives your aspirations.

Sagittarius affirms hope, determination, and the faith in a better future.

Jupiter delivers protected expansion and optimism.

Together, they are a remembrance of your life as a spiritual being on the physical plane. Just like the rainbow, Jupiter and the Sagittarius full moon reveal the array
of color and Light that is available to YOU ~ NOW!

Wishing you many blessings as you reach for the Stars
